Terms of Service & Payment Disclaimer

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

💳 Payment & Surcharges

• A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
• Customers may opt to pay by debit card, electronic check, bank transfer to avoid this surcharge.
• No discounts will be applied on invoices paid via credit card.

📅 Payment Terms & Overdue Accounts

• Finance charges of 2% per month will be assessed on all overdue balances.
• Any past-due account may be sent to an attorney for collection.
• Payment is due upon tender of delivery, even if the Buyer refuses delivery.

📦 Warehouse Holding & Service Charges

• Products held more than 30 days will be invoiced.
• Service charge 5% per annum, compounded monthly.

⚖️ Legal & Collection Rights

• Seller retains a security interest in all goods.
• Collection fee: 20% of balance or $2500 minimum.

🛠 Warranty Limitations

• No warranty or service on orders with unpaid balances.
